This is a set of postcard image designs done in Illustrator. For this project, I wanted to practice shape creation and the inclusion of gradients in my artworks. I first sketched the composition for these works in Procreate. Then I traced the sketch in Illustrator. I added gradients to give the works a sense of depth. For the crane, I used blues, greens, and a bit of pink. For the city, I used pinks, orange, and blue. For the windows of the city, I created a pattern and applied it to all the buildings.
